Sitting outside on my trampoline I didnt expect it to actually be half decent here. I was so accustomed to the familiar surroundings of Invermere, in the Kootneys. Thinking about all the plesant times I had there I became lost in the past and my eyes became hypnotized by the fluffy little clouds floating serenly along the brilliantly blue sky. Coming to the subject of school I think about how loquacious my friends and I were in class, ticking the teachers off to kingdom come; but for some reason they were never ferociously equipped with the normal antics of some teachers. Its hard not to accentuate my peculiar where abouts. Pin pointing everything I didnt recognize... the new house standing tall against the deep sky. The different locations of the majestic mountians. The vast and never ending surroundings of the wide Okanogan area, the gorgeous lake glittering in the sun's soft rays and the little ripples gently pushing the boats along. The breathtaking display it all creates when put together. I guess I was presumptuous in thinking that I would greatly dislike it here. But then I close my eyes and I'm back to the place I miss so much... back home.
